Gave up the aluminum bed was not quite straight removed the heating coil and tried to get it straight with my body weight, and it was a little better but not good.
Ordered a print bed for da Vinci 1.0A, 1.0, 1.0SA, 1.1, and it fitted exactly
used the original wing nuts and springs and now the printed surface is on the same level everywhere on the plate, I'm happy and printouts so well.
Do not forget to turn down the plate as much as possible and then run the Z-offset and adjust the height, then auto-calibration and it's finished.
And wait for the printing glass to cool otherwise it would crack
I use BuildTak to print on but Kapton tape and Blue tape works to.
