Taulman BluPrint - The durable filament for 3D printing of automotive parts, prototypes for mechanical engineering and industry

The Taulman BluPrint 3D printing filament has a glass transition temperature of 110°C and a processing temperature of only 265°C. 3D print it on an unheated or heated to 45 ° C BuildTak otherwise on clean glass heated to ~ 95 ° C. BluPrint is a semi-clear material with ~ 84% transmission. Like all Taulman3D filaments, BluPrint has 100% adhesion between layers when 3D printed at predefined temperatures. This durable filament is perfect for 3D printing of automotive parts, aircraft components, prototypes and mechanical engineering.

Another significant advantage of BluPrint is that in combination with the new E3D Volcano Hotend, users and industry can 3D print with a 1 mm nozzle and 0.46 mm layer thickness at a speed of 44 mm/sec. At low layer and nozzle sizes (with 0.4 mm nozzle diameter), the possible production speeds increase as expected to 120 mm / s. BluPrint lets you 3D print parts that can be used outdoors, as a replacement for cars, boats and airplanes.

    The most important material properties:

    • High glass transition temperature of 110 ° C
    • Low processing temperature of 265 ° C
    • Very good adhesion between the layers
    • High material resistance against weather influences
    • Simple processing
    • Use BuildTak, PEI or a glass plate heated to 95 ° C

    Areas of application:

    • Auto parts
    • Components for industry
    • Aircraft components
    • Prototypes in mechanical engineering

    Material properties:

    Print temp 265C - 270C
