Stock Status
For products in stock, you can see the available quantity directly on our website. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Malmö, Sweden, and when you place an order, the products are immediately reserved for you. It is possible to preorder many of our products when they are not in stock. In those cases, your order will ship when all items in your order is in stock.
If a product is marked as ETA in stock, it is not yet in our warehouse. The date shown is the estimated arrival date for when we expect the product to be back in stock. By placing an order, you reserve your spot in line to receive the product as soon as it becomes available. ETA is always preliminary and is subject to change
If a product is marked as Date not confirmed, we have placed an order with our supplier but have not yet received a confirmed delivery date.
Please note that some products can have long lead times.
If a product is marked as Upon request, it is not a stocked item. When you place an order, we will order the product from our supplier before shipping it to you.
Delivery time
Delivery times vary depending on the products in your order and the country they are shipped to. From our warehouse in Malmö, Sweden, deliveries to most European countries typically take anywhere from a few days up to about a week, while deliveries to the rest of the world may take a bit longer. The delivery time is calculated from the moment your order has been packed and shipped, not from the time of purchase. As soon as your package has been picked up, you will be able to track it and see the estimated delivery date via the shipping company.

If your order is placed before 12:00 (CET), our goal is to ship it the same day. While we always do our best to meet this target, it cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that during peak seasons or sale periods, delivery times may be longer due to increased order volumes.
We do not offer partial deliveries. This means that if a product in your order is not yet in stock, the entire shipment will be held until all items are available. If you do need a partial delivery you have to place a separate order for the product not yet in stock.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or official Swedish holidays, and our customer service team is also off during these days. We will resume processing and shipping orders as soon as the holidays are over.
