Our goal is to keep all our customers satisfied and happy with us and our products.
We always do our utmost to ensure our products and our communication with you will be correct.
If there is something that does not work, we will do our utmost to correct this.
Warranty / Complaints
You have 1 years warranty on all products from us. Note that this does not apply to what is considered as normal wear.
However we recommend that you buy our extended Service Plan for all 3D Printers as this is a complex product with many moving parts.
The warranty means that we will repair or replace the defective product within the warranty period if it´s not damaged by handling errors.
When it comes to handling errors or incorrectly set products we will charge you the service cost. This applies even in cases where we cannot find anything wrong with the product or when you caused the damage himself. The product warranty does not apply to failures occurring during or after the altercation of the functionality and appearance, such as refurbishment, upgrade or other modifications of the product without written consent from 3D Prima.
If you have a warranty issue you wish to make a complaint. Please contact us and we will get back with information on how we will solve this. If a product is to be returned we will give you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization and instructions.
Returning unwanted goods – EU Consumers only
14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received or collected the item. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
You are entitled to return your item even if the packaging has been opened and the product tested. In cases where the product is not properly cleaned, accessories are missing, consumables have been used, or there is physical damage, we will charge a fee to restore the item to its original condition. The deduction will depend on the condition of the item when we receive it. No deduction will be made if the product is returned in unchanged condition. The product must be returned in its original packaging with the included packing materials.
Exceptions from the right of withdrawal:
- Software with a license key
- Opened and used filament and resin
- Spare parts classified as wear parts, such as nozzles, belts, build surfaces, etc.
When exercising the right of withdrawal:
Notify 3D Prima's customer service within 14 days from the date you received the item.
Return the item in its product box with the designated internal packaging as soon as possible after notifying us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.
Please note that you are responsible for the risk of damage during return shipping. Therefore, ensure that the product is well packed in its original packaging with all associated packing materials. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is sent back in non-original packaging and/or poorly packed.
The right of withdrawal is governed by the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59).
