We always do our utmost to ensure our products and our communication with you will be correct.
If there is something that does not work, we will do our utmost to correct this.
Below you'll find our terms and conditions.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Any special offer is valid while stocks last.
You can choose whether you want to display prices in EUR or SEK.
You can also choose to display the prices with or without VAT in the webshop.
Customers within EU countries will have to pay the VAT.
For customers outside EU, VAT will not be charged as this is export. Please be aware of that you will responsible to pay duty and VAT if charged in your country.
Price will change in the checkout when you chose your country. Within EU you pay the VAT. Outside EU it is deducted.
Business customers in the EU with a valid EU VAT number will not be charged VAT. After entering VAT nr in the checkout and choosing a country within EU expect Sweden no VAT will be charged
Shipping charges are based on the product's total weight and which shipping method is chosen.
Exact shipping charge is presented at checkout when you select shipping methods and your country.

All items shown with “in stock” status are in stock in our own warehouse for immediate delivery.
In case of delay you will be contacted by our customer service and you have the right to cancel you order without any charges and cost.
Orders received by us before 12:00 will be shipped out from us the same day.
Delivery within EU will be shipped by FedEx International Economy.
Delivery time will be around 2- 6 days to most European countries. Here you can see exact delivery time. This is for items in stock.
You will receive and mail from us with the tracking nr of the parcel as soon as we have shipped your order.
We provide transport insurance and carry the risk of damage and lost goods until it reaches you.
In the EU, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 working days.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract / order within 14 days without giving any reason.
Cooling off period
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last lot or piece.

of your decision to cancel this Order / contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
You may use the attached model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Retention of reimbursement
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Return of goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Consumer’s liabiity for dimished value of the goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

You have 1 years warranty on all products from us. Note that this does not apply to what is considered as normal wear.
However we recommend that you buy our extended Service Plan for all 3D Printers as this is a complex product with many moving parts.
The warranty means that we will repair or replace the defective product within the warranty period if it´s not damaged by handling errors.
When it comes to handling errors or incorrectly set products we will charge you the service cost. This applies even in cases where we cannot find anything wrong with the product or when you caused the damage himself. The product warranty does not apply to failures occurring during or after the altercation of the functionality and appearance, such as refurbishment, upgrade or other modifications of the product without written consent from 3D Prima.
If you have a warranty issue you wish to make a complaint. Please contact us and we will get back with information on how we will solve this. If a product is to be returned we will give you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization and instructions.
3D Prima handles secure card payments in collaboration with Paypal. You can pay with your VISA, Matercard or American Express.
You don’t need to have a PayPal account to pay by VISA, Matercard or American Express.
Card payment is a safe method of payment for you as a customer. The selling company will never have knowledge of your card or account information. This information is securely transferred to an encrypted link from you through Paypal to your bank.If you return an item it will be credited back into your bank or credit card account.
If you have a PayPal account you can login and pay with that as well.
If something is wrong with your delivery like you have received wrong or a damaged product please contact our customer service immediately. The error has to be reported within a reasonable time frame to us.
Visible damage to the goods shall be reported directly to the transport company in general FedeX when receiving the package. Hidden damages from transportation have to be reported as soon as they are discovered.
If items are returned to us because our shipping company cannot deliver due to either incorrect or insufficient address information or giving up after several delivery attempts we will either
- Resend to a new address. Additional charges due (shipping/return shipping will apply)
- Partial refunded less occurred cost (shipping, return shipping and handling fee)
When placing an order or registering as a customer we will store your personal information. By doing this you accept that we store the information we need to complete the handling of your order and give you the best service you expect from us.
We reserve the right to communicate with you regarding marketing purposes in our e-mail newsletter if you have agreed to this during registration. If you don’t want to receive more from us you can always unsubscribe.
3D Prima will not give any personal information to any third party. According to Swedish law on handling of personal information, you can get an excerpt of all information we have stored about you and, if it is not relevant, you can ask us to delete the information. In case you wish to have the excerpt please contact our customer service.
A party shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this Agreement for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.
